We offer a lifetime exchange on all our jewellery.Its very easy to grab the opportunity,you only have to check if the product that you had purchased and diamonds/stones are intact then the piece may be exchanged or upgrade for any other item. While exchanging the product you have to present the certification card also. We will provide you with an exchange according to the below mentioned details:

Jewellery products consisting of studded Diamonds Exchange at 80% of current market value.

Jewellery products consisting only of Gem stones Exchange at 70% of current market value.

Plain Gold Jewellery including Italian, unstudded products Exchange at the prevailing rate of gold.

Solitaire Diamonds Exchange at 90% of current market value, subject to a value limit of Rs. 10,00,000/-.

Silver jewellery products cannot be exchanged.

In all cases, the current market value will be determined by Jacknjewel

Free Delivery

We deliver our products in the fastest time as possible and we do not charge any shipping charges for delivering the products. The product will be delivered at your door step without any extra cost. The products will be delivered with in 2-3 working days which are in stock and those are order to make will take 10 business days to deliver.

If the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.

If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you return an order delivered to you then we will not refund the shipping charges. However if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on Jacknjewel Returns Policy.

Transit Insurance

Custom Clearance

All commercial shipments of Jewellery exported out of India needs to be cleared by Indian customs authority. Goods along with proper documentation are filed with the proper officer of Customs for inspection, examination and assessment. Thereafter with the permission of Customs, the goods are handed over to a courier agency for onward dispatch. This process takes 1-2 working days.

30 day return & exchange

Every jewellery and product of jacknjewel is certified and our products are of excellent quality,however still at point of time if you feel that you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us you can request for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the day of receipt of the product. You can return any of our products except for ones that have been customized for you.We will only accept the product without custom engraving, in its original condition and with the certification. The value of the product being returned should not exceed Rs. 1,00,000/- in case of Jewellery and Rs. 5,00,000/- in case of Solitaires.

The products which are customized cannot be returned back and no refund will be provided

How do I return the product to Jack & Jewel within 30days?

1. Call our customer delight team and you will be given a Return Authorization Code, once you let us know the item you would like to return along with your Order No.

2. We will courier you a Jack & Jewel tamper proof package with the Return Authorization code, your Name and address on the outside return area and a unique serial number pre-printed.

3. Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by jacknjewel. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.

4. Once your package is ready, just call our customer delight team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.

5. Once your returned item is received by jacknjewel, your refund or new item will be processed shortly.

You will not be able to know. Experts use specialized tools & equipment’s to create a certification which shows that the diamond is real. Only certificates accompanied diamonds are used for quality check.

2) Should I get my diamond set in platinum or gold?

Yes, though it will be expensive because it is a strong metal. It’s fitting will sustain longer. Platinum or gold will strengthen the quality. Gold will give a yellowish effect.

3) How can I be sure that I receive the same diamond after sent for inspection or remounting?

You should need to know some inclusions which are necessary to ascertain your choice. As Diamonds are certified by GIA. The documents are also sent with certification so u don’t need to worry.

4) Is it important that I buy a diamond that is accompanied by a certificate?

All diamonds shown on the websites are accompanied by their own certificates. Carats, size, clarity, cut, quantity are original & assured by the certificates.

5) How does COD work?

Make an order of your choice, check for COD facility by entering pin code of your area. Choose COD option if available and complete the procedure. You pay the complete amount in cash to the courier once it is delivered.
