You will not be able to know. Experts use specialized tools & equipment’s to create a certification which shows that the diamond is real. Only certificates accompanied diamonds are used for quality check.

2) Should I get my diamond set in platinum or gold?

Yes, though it will be expensive because it is a strong metal. It’s fitting will sustain longer. Platinum or gold will strengthen the quality. Gold will give a yellowish effect.

3) How can I be sure that I receive the same diamond after sent for inspection or remounting?

You should need to know some inclusions which are necessary to ascertain your choice. As Diamonds are certified by GIA. The documents are also sent with certification so u don’t need to worry.

4) Is it important that I buy a diamond that is accompanied by a certificate?

All diamonds shown on the websites are accompanied by their own certificates. Carats, size, clarity, cut, quantity are original & assured by the certificates.

5) How does COD work?

Make an order of your choice, check for COD facility by entering pin code of your area. Choose COD option if available and complete the procedure. You pay the complete amount in cash to the courier once it is delivered.

Jacknjewel, provides national & international shipping. The order will be delivered differently depending on the area. For national boundaries, it will take 7-12 days and for international shipments, deliveries will be as curtained within 3 weeks.

Jacknjewel also offers international shipping to all the major European & western countries. However the return policies for India and for International countries is different.Kindly check the return policy.
